Begin with the Basics
Having a daughter who is in the early years of her schooling was a good time to remember the basics. This may not always be the case. Hence, I thought it necessary to record these lessons we are taught in school but we forget them as we become adults. Sleep and wake up on time. Keep yourself clean - brush your teeth, take a bath, wear neat and clean clothes, trim your hair and nails, and hydrate. Keep your surroundings clean. Keep your things clean and well maintained. Exercise regularly - walk or train with weights. Be punctual. In addition to these, there are some that I have picked up over the years that I would also document here: Be simple with money - earn honestly, save, give, and invest wisely and simply. Stay away from debt. Document as much as possible. Make it easy for others in your life. Have loving, healthy, and deep relationships. Assume good faith. Consult with a medical doctor. Follow his advice. Keep digital life simple. Prefer Text > Images > Videos. Backup ev
